About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Technical Project Manager to own delivery across our most critical initiatives. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution: driving roadmap clarity, removing blockers, and ensuring engineering and product teams ship on time without sacrificing quality. This role demands someone who can hold their own in technical discussions, command respect from senior engineers, and keep stakeholders aligned—all while maintaining a clear view of scope, risk, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project delivery: define scope, milestones, and success criteria; track progress; and report on status to leadership and stakeholders with precision and clarity.

  • Run planning and execution using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies: facilitate ceremonies, maintain backlogs, and ensure the team has a realistic and achievable sprint/release plan.

  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and dependencies early—escalating when needed and proposing options so decisions can be made quickly.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering leads and product owners to balance scope, timeline, and resources; make trade-offs explicit and document decisions and rationale.

  • Foster a culture of accountability and transparency: unblock teams, resolve cross-team conflicts, and ensure everyone knows what "done" looks like and who owns what.

About you

  • You have 5+ years of experience working on the development of technical projects or programs in software/technology as a lead; you have shipped complex products with multiple teams and dependencies.

  • You are fluent in Agile/Scrum and comfortable with tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar; you can tailor processes to the team rather than applying one-size-fits-all.

  • You have a strong technical background: you can read architecture diagrams, understand technical trade-offs, and speak the language of engineers so you can facilitate discussions and call out unrealistic estimates or scope creep.

  • You excel at stakeholder management: you keep executives, product, and engineering aligned, manage expectations, and say "no" or "not yet" when necessary—with clear reasoning.

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure; you use data and facts to drive decisions and are known for clear written and verbal communication.

  • You are a natural problem-solver who takes ownership: you don't wait for permission to unblock a team or improve how we plan and deliver.
